Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Nose: Tremendous sweetness - pronounced aromas of rum and raisin fudge. Also fruity - apricots and peaches - and nutty, with a definite almond praline presence.
Taste: Brown sugar, brandy snaps, pecan pie and vanilla. Toasted bread. A tangy, fruitiness isevident, with cranberries and red plums. Sweet spicy notes of cinnamon, ginger, and allspice. Overall a rich, viscous, dessert-style dram, with an underlying spiciness.
