Tasting Notes
This golden coloured whisky starts fresh on the nose with vanilla, citrus and some herbal notes. Harmonious on the palate with more citrus fruits, vanilla, grain and herbs. Its finish is smooth and gentle with the citrus and herbal notes from the palate.

The Distillery
Auchentoshan
Originally built by John Bulloch around 1800 and licensed in 1823 as Duntocher Distillery, Auchentoshan Distillery adopted its current name in the 1830s. Perched just north of Dalmuir by the River Clyde, Auchentoshan once sat in open countryside but now borders the northwestern edge of Glasgow, not far from Loch Lomond. One of the few Scottish distilleries to employ full triple distillation, Auchentoshan produces a uniquely light and refined Lowland single malt. Independent bottlings from Wemyss, Hunter Laing, and Cadenheads remain highly popular, reflecting the enduring appeal of Auchentoshan’s smooth, approachable character.
