Tasting Notes
Nose: coffee and chocolate overlaid by cedary notes. With water a note of sherbet lemon appears, with toffee apples to follow.
Palate: really mellow with sweet oak and subtle sprice, followed by a floral note and delicate frutiness.
Finish: a crescendo of spicy notes, after dinner mintiness and the clean lines of Arran spirit
