Ardmore 25 Year Old 1988 Pearls of Scotland is a rare Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the characterful Ardmore distillery. Drawn from single cask #2455, this whisky was distilled in April 1988 and bottled in February 2014 by Gordon & Co. for the Pearls of Scotland series. Aged for a quarter of a century, it delivers Ardmore’s signature balance of Highland fruitiness with gentle peat smoke. Only 300 bottles were released.

Tasting Notes

Nose Aromas of heather smoke, honeyed malt, and soft dried fruits, with hints of oak spice. Palate Smooth and layered, with notes of toffee, ripe orchard fruits, and a touch of smoky peat wrapped in vanilla oak. Finish Long and elegant, with lingering sweet malt, embers of smoke, and a gentle spiced oak warmth.
