Tasting Notes

Nose: Billows of kiln smoke and sea-spray mingle with lime zest, vanilla pod, toasted coconut and a hint of medicinal peat. Palate: An explosive rush of charcoal embers, briny toffee and liquorice root floods the tongue, followed by creamy vanilla fudge, cracked black pepper and a bright flash of grapefruit peel. Finish: Long, smouldering and lightly drying—lingering camp-fire ash, salted caramel and a final flourish of citrus oils.
