Aberlour
Aberlour Distillery was founded in 1826 in the town of Aberlour in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region and is situated on the northern edge of Ben Rinnes mountain which accumulates snow and rainwater across its peaty moors and supplies cold, soft spring water to the distillery. Around a half of the spirit produced from Aberlour’s four copper stills is destined for single malts whilst much of the rest contributes to the Chivas brands of blended scotch. Aberlour malt whisky is matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and Aberlour A’bunadh single malt whisky has matured solely in sherry casks. Aberlour Distillery has a visitor centre offering a distillery tour and is an established participant in the popular Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Nose: Aromas of mixed spices, praline and spiced orange harmonising with rich, deep notes of Oloroso sherry. Palate: Orange, black cherries, dried fruit and ginger spiked with dark bitter chocolate and enriched with sherry and oak. Full bodied and creamy. Finish: Robust and intense with bitter-sweet notes of exotic spices, dark chocolate and oak.

Aberlour
Founded in 1826, Aberlour Distillery is nestled in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region, at the northern edge of Ben Rinnes. This elevated location ensures a plentiful supply of soft, peaty spring water, crucial to Aberlour’s distinct character. With four copper stills in operation, around half of the spirit goes into crafting Aberlour’s single malt whiskies—notably the popular Aberlour A’bunadh, a batch-release single malt aged exclusively in ex-sherry casks. Offering distillery tours and playing a key role in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival, Aberlour continues to captivate whisky enthusiasts worldwide with its rich heritage, superb quality, and unmistakable Speyside flavor.
