Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
This straw-coloured whisky has a beautiful balance of lemon meringue pie, vanilla ice cream and gentle Islay peatsmoke on the nose. On the palate the soft, creamy citrus continues and then is slowly overtaken by leathery, ashy notes and then a charming incense/sandalwood quality. The finish is long, complex, enchanting with its interplay of soft smoke and fruity notes.
