Tasting Notes

Nose Bold waves of sea spray, smoked kippers, and burnt driftwood, followed by hints of lemon oil, bandages, and white pepper. Palate Deep and commanding, with flavours of peaty embers, charcoal-roasted barley, iodine, and salted caramel, balanced by a touch of dried citrus peel and liquorice root. Finish Long and warming with lingering dry smoke, spiced oak, and an echo of medicinal herbs.
