전형적인 미디엄 바디감을 지녔지만, 꽃향기와 섬세한 과일향이 조화롭게 어우러진 스페이사이드 위스키입니다. 전통적인 스페인 와이너리에서 60년 동안 올로로소 셰리를 숙성했던 퍼스트 필 캐스크에서 14개월간 짧게 숙성하여 풍미를 더했습니다. 생기 넘치는 이 위스키는 코끝에서 시트러스와 과일 향이 풍부하게 느껴집니다. 셰리 향이 바로 와인 특유의 풍미로 이어지지는 않지만, 오렌지, 사과, 배 향을 극대화합니다. 시트러스의 상큼하고 살짝 신맛이 느껴지는 이 위스키는 입안에서 건포도와 밤꿀의 풍부한 풍미와 어우러져 드라이함과 달콤하고 크리미한 맛의 완벽한 균형을 이룹니다. 와인 특유의 풍미는 과하지 않지만, 곧이어 구운 듯한 드라이한 탄닌감이 느껴집니다. 마지막에는 스파이시함과 떫은맛이 점점 강해집니다.
