카르두
카르두 증류소는 1811년 존과 헬렌 커밍 부부가 카르두 농장에서 불법 증류기를 이용해 몰트 위스키를 생산하기 시작한 때로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 1824년에 공식적으로 설립된 초기 증류소는 두 개의 소형 증류기를 갖추고 소량의 위스키를 생산하다가, 인근에 네 개의 증류기를 갖춘 더 큰 규모의 시설이 건설되면서 생산량을 늘렸습니다. 오늘날 카르두는 스페이사이드 지역의 대표적인 몰트 위스키 증류소이자 디아지오의 조니 워커 블렌디드 스카치 위스키 라인업에 중요한 역할을 하는 곳으로 자리매김했습니다. 전통과 품질에 대한 헌신을 보여주는 카르두는 12년산, 15년산, 앰버 록 등 여러 인기 싱글 몰트 위스키를 선보이며, 각 제품은 이 유서 깊은 스코틀랜드 증류소의 독특한 특징과 전통을 고스란히 담고 있습니다.
