There's a delightful freshness from notes of green apple and pear, complemented by hints of honey and a soft floral undertone. Palate: On the palate, this whisky delivers a smooth and velvety texture. Rich flavors of toffee and butterscotch are prominent, mingling with the baked apple and a gentle cinnamon spice that adds warmth. The bourbon influence is evident in the creamy, almost buttery mouthfeel, with subtle oak notes providing depth and balance. Finish: The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering sweetness from the vanilla and caramel, accompanied by a gentle warmth and a soft, oaky dryness that rounds out the experience.

Tomatin

Today, it operates with eight stills out of its twelve. Nestled near the Cairngorms National Park at an altitude of 315m, it is Scotland's third-highest distillery, producing distinctive Highland single malts. The official range includes the Tomatin 12 Year Old, 18 Year Old, and the peated Cu Bocan series, showcasing the distillery’s versatility and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
