Tasting Notes
Nose: Earthy dried fruit and roasted hazelnut, with marmalade, peach, plum and burnt toffee. Taste: A rich sherry sweetness, red berries, nuttiness and toffee, with a hint of liquorish and clove. Finish: Lingering mixed spice, trail-mix, crisped marshmallow, dry tannin's and spice with toasted wood.
Teeling Brabazon Bottling Series 1 Irish single malt whiskey. Matured sherry hogsheads, 220 litre PX and Oloroso sherry casks and European oak sherry butts. This is the first release of the Teeling Brabazon series showcasing the impact that fortified wine casks can have on Irish whiskey. 12,500 bottles.
