A mellow, rounded, and sweet nose of crème brûlée, vanilla custard, and iced gingerbread. It is smooth, creamy, and sweet on the palate with butter fudge and vanilla shortcake, leaving a long, lingering, slightly dry and sweet finish.

Isle of Jura Distillery, located in Craighouse on the Isle of Jura off Scotland’s west coast, originally opened in 1810 but closed in 1901. Rebuilt by architect William Delmé Evans, the modern distillery reopened in 1963 with four stills. Specializing in primarily unpeated single malt whisky, Jura also produces a limited annual peated expression.
