Girvan Distillery, located on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland’s Lowland whisky region, offers breathtaking views of Ailsa Craig, the island famed for its granite used to craft curling stones. Established in 1963 by William Grant & Sons Ltd., Girvan was originally designed to supply grain whisky for the company’s blended Scotch portfolio.
