Nose: A complex combination of ripe mango and roasted pineapple. Gently brazil-nutty, with hints of star anise, eucalyptus oil, and herbaceous black tea. Burnt sugar and caramel, leather, and hot tarmac.Palate: A warming combination or rich fudge, sweet caramel, and buttery toffee. Over ripe plum, gentle honeycomb, and rich plump Majhool dates.Finish: A seamless transition over the palate and into a long-lasting dry finish that moves from the rich dried fruits into soft peppery baking spices, ending with a little tingle of warmth, and the pleasing lip-smacking expectation of another sip.
