Nose: Bursts of blackcurrant compôte, strawberry jam and a hint of rose petal drift above toffee fudge, toasted oak and a gentle Highland heather note.
Palate: Silky layers of raspberry coulis, vanilla cream and honeyed malt glide across the tongue, followed by hints of dark chocolate, cinnamon stick and a pleasant wine-tannin grip.
Finish: Medium-long and warming—lingering red-berry sweetness, soft oak spice and a final whisper of creamy caramel.
