Delicate floral notes of honeysuckle, rose and geranium comes through, paired with cinder toffee and coconut dipped in chocolate.PALATE: Barley sugar sweetness is carried by a viscous texture that opens up a honeyed citrus tang. A medley of toasted oak, barley flour, vanilla fudge, ripe pear and melon come in waves - showcasing the complexity and balance of this expression. A fresh ocean breeze and the salty tang of marine air combines with vanilla, toffee and the ceder notes of the oak, all wrapped in the soft fruits of distillation.FINISH: Golden syrup sweetness is balanced with hints of wood spices and warm sand, providing a smooth yet complex finish.
