Tasting Notes
Nose: A deep, earthy, leathery nose, with abundant fruit notes, specifically ripe red plums and cranberries. Burnt sugar and milk chocolate make cameo appearances. Taste: As expected, the PX sherry influence is prominent; a sublime combination of stewed raisins and sultanas, chocolate liqueurs and treacle toffee, with both cinnamon and allspice dropping in for good measure.
