Distilled in 2014 and bottled in July 2026, this 12 year old Aberfeldy was matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, yielding just 269 bottles at a natural cask strength of 54.6% ABV. Bottled non-chill filtered and with no added colour, it is a richly sherried and highly limited expression of this classic Highland malt.

Aberfeldy is rarely seen as an independent bottling, with the vast majority of releases appearing under the distillery's official label. That makes this single cask Unicorn release a particularly unusual opportunity to experience Aberfeldy in a different form: drawn from an individual cask, bottled at natural strength, and presented without chill filtration or added colouring.
