The initial nose is herbal fragrant and cleansing before revealing notes of pine needles and cedar wood. The full rounded body leads to a palate which is surprisingly fresh and attractively spiced, bursting with red fruit compote and cream yet also reminiscent of a stroll through a distillery warehouse! The finish is simply smooth, short and sweet.
