An experiment which turned into a Social Enterprise. The Chernobyl Spirit Company uses fruit grown in orchards in or near the contaminated exclusion zone that surrounds Chernobyl's nuclear power plant. The profits are used to support communities in Ukraine impacted first by Chernobyl and now by the war. By purchasing this bottle you will help support Ukraine. This small batch distillate was released in November 2024.

Mid-palate reveals nuanced notes of orchard fruits like apricot and peach, intertwined with a gentle hint of almond. The mouthfeel is silky, with a subtle warmth that enhances the fruit-forward character without overpowering it. Finish: Clean and refreshing, the finish offers lingering notes of apple peel and a mild spice, perhaps a touch of white pepper or ginger.
