Edinburgh Gin Distillery has been producing award-winning gins since 2010 in Scotland’s capital city. They have two distilleries in Edinburgh, one at the West End and another at The Biscuit Factory in Leith. The original Edinburgh Gin is a classic London Dry style gin made with a blend of thirteen botanicals including pine buds and lavender lending it a smooth finish. For lovers of the beach, the Edinburgh Seaside Gin is made with carefully sourced marine plants as well as sharing some of the botanicals with the Edinburgh Gin such as coriander. Edinburgh Cannonball Gin is inspired by Edinburgh’s naval heritage of canons and of course the famous One O’clock Gun that catches most of us out every time. This gin is strong and full of character. The Edinburgh Christmas Gin has aromatic notes of frankincense and myrrh and zesty orange as well as the classic Edinburgh Gin juniper flavour.
