Cardhu Distillery was officially established at Cardhu farm in 1824 and was equipped with two small stills. Output was quite small until a new purpose built distillery was constructed just up the road and equipped with four stills. Cardhu Distillery is a malt whisky distillery situated in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region and a contributor to Diagio’s Johnnie Walker blended scotch.
