Around a half of the spirit produced from Aberlour’s four copper stills is destined for single malts whilst much of the rest contributes to the Chivas brands of blended scotch. Aberlour malt whisky is matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and Aberlour A’bunadh single malt whisky has  matured solely in sherry casks.
