Dufftown 30 Year Old Director's Cut Speyside single malt Scotch whiskey bottle by Douglas Laing.
From a single sherry butt cask #8232. Distilled 1982 and bottled March 2012. 189 bottles.
Dufftown Distillery was established in 1895 on the site of Pittyvaich corn mill on the Dullan Water just to the south of Dufftown and in the heart of Scotland’s Speyside whiskey region. Despite a cramped situation Dufftown Distillery’s six stills produce around six million litres of alcohol per year making it a top ten Scottish malt distillery in terms of output. Very little emerges as single malt since most flows into Bell’s blends. Dufftown Distillery participates in the Spirit of Speyside Whiskey Festival.
