NEW SCOTCH: We have a fantastic, rare new whisky in stock. Ever heard of Garnheath Distillery? Probably not. Only producing whisky for 21 years between 1865 to 1986 before being demolished in 1988, whisky from this Lost Scottish Distillery is very hard to come by. Our friends at Independent bottling company Morrison & MacKay have released a very limited 41 year single grain bottling and we LOVE it. We had a wee taste and you can read our blog here: https://www.thewhiskybarrel.co.uk/blog/post/tasting-garnheath This one is rather special! A few rare gems for collectors and connoisseurs including a new vintage release from Yoichi - the previous bottlings in the series scooped countless international awards. The 3rd Highland Park Orcadian Vintage (1970) and Earl Magnus 2nd Edition are due shortly - if you missed the 2009 bottles of these luxurious Island whiskies they can still be had. A terrific value 22 year old sherry matured Bowmore and a 9 year old North British single grain are a couple of choice offerings from Berry Bros. & Rudd.
