Cooley Distillery was established on the Cooley Peninsular in County Louth in 1987 by John Teeling. Cooley is an Irish whiskey distillery producing malt whiskey, grain whiskey, blended Irish whiskey, and both peated and unpeated Irish malt whiskey.
