Bottled 2005. Millburn is from another closed Inverness distillery, once owned by the Haig family.

This very rare warm gold Northern Highland 35-year-old's rich, peppery rum and raisin aromas introduce a big, smooth-bodied dram with sweet-pepper flavours drying to a herbal, cooling finish.

Millburn

Millburn Distillery was established as Inverness Distillery in 1807 and renamed Millburn Distillery in 1876. Millburn was situated in Inverness in Scotland’s Highland whisky region and produced malt whisky until closure in 1985 and  in 1988 the distillery was partially demolished. The remaining buildings now form part of a Premier Inn and Restaurant and Millburn’s round brick chimney is still standing.
