Connemara Cask Strength offers a unique experience to taste Connemara in its unaltered state. The essence of Connemara as the whiskey and peat characteristics are much more pronounced appealing to drinkers who like a stronger peat taste.

“Worlds Best Un-Aged Irish Single Malt” at the 2008 World Whisky Awards.

Strong and concentrated smokey peatiness. The palate starts with an enormous peat surge that combines with complex combination of fruit, peppers and chocolate. Astonishingly long and glorious finish with peat clinging to every corner of your mouth.

Cooley (Ireland)

Cooley Distillery was established on the Cooley Peninsular in County Louth in 1987 by John Teeling. Water from the Cooley Mountains is used to produce grain whiskey from two column stills in one still house and malt whiskey using two copper stills and a double distillation process in a second still house. Cooley Distillery produces both peated and unpeated malt whiskey.
