Wild, unruly and enigmatic. Delicate and oily. Salty and sweet. Chewy and tangy.

An excellent value high strength 57% from Springbank distillery. Believed to be one of the peatiest malts available.

Highland Park 12 Year Old Single Cask - Price £99.99

Single cask 12 year old bottles from Highland Park don't appear very often, but when they do they usually blow our socks off.

Bottled at cask strength. Pure heaven if you like your whisky exclusively sherry matured. Brimming with dark chocolate and Christmas cake flavours. One of the must have malts this year.

Caol Ila 16 Year Old Single Cask - Price £64.99

A real gem unearthed courtesy of Bladnoch distillery. An Islay, 1991 vintage, single cask.

All the usual hallmarks which make Caol Ila such a firm favourite notched up several gears. Very fruity to nose and taste.

Ardbeg Lord of the Isles - Price £279.99

Now discontinued by the distributor Moët Hennessy these are the last remaining bottles, a firm favourite with Ardbeg connoisseurs and collectors.

A peaty complexity of wood smoke, tarry rope and leather; all balanced by a delicate sweetness.

Port Ellen 3rd Annual Release - Price £249.99

Released back in 2003, this 1979 vintage is becoming harder to come by and at this price represents good value for such a renowned lost distillery.

A very complex single malt from Islay. Dry smoke, oak, salt and rich oil coat the mouth.

Famous Grouse Scottish Oak - Price £89.99

A very highly regarded blend with a twist. A limited edition matured in Scottish Oak from Perthshire resulting in a rich, crisp and sweet whisky.

Complete with certificate and a lump of the actual oak cask the whisky matured in. This is an ideal gift for special occasions.

Balvenie Doublewood - Price £29.99

A 12 year old malt which has matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. The result is rich honey sweetness and vanilla with a delicate layer of sherry.

Laphroaig Cairdeas - Price £149.99

Pronounced 'car-chase' meaning friendship in Gaelic. An excellent example of blending (or vatting) various vintage whiskies with a stunning result.

Clynelish Cask Strength - Price £79.99

Situated next to the lost Brora distillery, Clynelish is one of the very best single malts Scotland produces. A cask strength release normally only available at the distillery.
