Distillery: Edradour

Founded in 1825 near Pitlochry, this is a Highland distillery and with just two very small stills it is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. Straddling its burn in its own wee valley, in spring this is one of the most picturesque distilleries in the land. Independent and privately owned since 2002.
