Description
To commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Douglas Laing, the specialist whisky blenders and bottlers. A series of single cask bottlings to celebrate each of the firms six decades.
The third bottling of the series: 40 year old Glenfarclas (probably Speyside's finest) presented in a special gold embossed wooden box. The bottle and packaging are simply stunning.
289 bottles.
Distillery: Glenfarclas
Founded 1836 and purchased by John Grant and his son George in 1865. Ace sherry casks underpin the ethos of Glenfarclas, having released its first cask strength single malt way back in 1968.
