Summer 2006 seasonal selection from Easter Elchies. A single cask limited edition of only 500 bottles. The bottle was only available to visitors to the distillery.

The second bottle of the ‘Seasonal Selection’ series released 2005-2007 which has now been discontinued.

Distillery: The Macallan

A magnificent setting in the valley of the mighty River Spey, in sun light or in moon light or covered in snow. The distillery was established on Easter Elchies Estate in 1824. A busy place now, with 15 stills. An enduring rich, complex and magical whisky.

Tasting Notes

Floral notes with hints of summer fruits, citrus sorbet and ice cream wafer. With a lingering finish of sweet vanilla, this is a Macallan to be savoured al fresco in the company of good friends.
