A limited edition twelve year old 1994 vintage.

The whisky is bourbon matured and finished (or ACED) in Kosher wine casks from the Carmel Winery, Israel.

Independent and privately owned; oceans of enthusiasm, tuns and tuns of attitude. Peating ranges from a few crumbs to a whole moor, and that’s just per bottle. Subject to closures, most recent reopening in 2001. Huge range, means that there is something for everyone.
