One of 834 individually numbered bottles. A 16 year old 1991 vintage bourbon matured and finnished in sweet sherry Pedro Ximenez casks. We have tried this and it's an absolute scorcher!

Independent and privately owned; oceans of enthusiasm, tuns and tuns of attitude. Peating ranges from a few crumbs to a whole moor, and that’s just per bottle. Subject to closures, most recent reopening in 2001. Huge range, means that there is something for everyone.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of spicy oak, raisins and fried banana. The palate is a combination of the sweet sherry with dark chocolate, toffee and oatcakes.
